On a quiet Brussels morning, when the cobblestones still shimmered from the night rain, a small bronze statue cleared his throat. “Today,” whispered Manneken Pis, “you are coming with me.” Before the children could ask where or why, the city seemed to breathe in. The streets stretched, the rooftops leaned closer, and suddenly a flash of golden fur darted past their feet. It was the enchanted hare, eyes sparkling with secrets older than the bells of the Grand Place. “Belgium is full of stories,” the hare said softly. “You just have to know where to look.” And with that, history stepped out of the textbooks and into their hands, alive, playful, and ready to be discovered.
